The outrageously appreciating property in Ft Myers.
The reconstruction of South Seas Resort on Captiva into a World class facility will be a positive effect.
We are at 98% of TOTAL build out with regard to lots.
The planned parks on the causeway islands are beautiful and certain to attract.
Hurricane damage is mostly a memory.
The tolls are reduced by 25-33% this November and more so eventually.
Sales are BOOMING but prices have been somewhat stable.
